What can we all do to prepare for bargaining?
· Check out our NEW WEBSITE www.kucfa.com!
· Review the current Collective Agreement with an eye to what you want maintained, added, strengthened, or removed
· Complete the 3 x 3 bargaining survey - available now! Check your email for an invitation from CBC Chair KUCFA. The survey consists of just three open-ended questions to inform the elements included in the comprehensive bargaining survey
· Provide a non-UWO email to KUCFA to ensure communication throughout the bargaining process (please send to chair@kucfa.com or cbc@kucfa.com)
· Complete the upcoming comprehensive bargaining survey (available Nov 18th)
Why participate in the bargaining surveys?
· Bargaining priorities that we have all participated in crafting will better improve working conditions for us all
· Full participation means that we will have the best possible picture of member priorities
